Hi, I’m Mark Komnick, your dedicated massage therapist in Castle Rock, Colorado.

I graduated in 2004 and have been passionately practicing therapeutic massage for over 20 years. My mission is to bring professional, high-quality care directly to you—making it easy, convenient, and truly personalized.

I specialize in a wide range of techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, Esalen, prenatal, hot stone, and structural integration. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension from desk work, recovering from a long hike or workout, seeking prenatal comfort, or simply needing deep relaxation, I tailor every session to your unique needs and goals. My focus is on real results: reduced pain, improved mobility, better recovery, and renewed energy.

My primary service is mobile in-home massage — I come to you within about 30 minutes of my Castle Rock base (216 Douglas Fir Ave, 80104). No driving, no traffic, no stress—I bring the full professional setup (table, fresh linens, oils, music) right to your door. It’s the perfect way to relax in the comfort of your own space.

For those who prefer to come to me, I also offer private sessions in my tranquil home office studio (lower level of my family home). The massage space is fully dedicated, secluded, and designed specifically for therapy—ensuring complete privacy during your appointment. As a parent of three young children (ages 4, 6, and 9 months as of 1/4/26), you may occasionally hear faint family sounds from upstairs outside the room, but interruptions are rare and the space stays quiet and professional. Many clients appreciate the warm, real-home feel—it’s welcoming and human.
